Terms and conditions
This page contains the terms and conditions that shall apply to all sales through MMK AB / African Diving Ltd and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these conditions of sale shall be binding upon MMK AB / African Diving Ltd, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of MMK AB / African Diving Ltd. Please read the terms and conditions before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by the same.
Terms and conditions in short
By ordering any of our products, you agree to these terms and conditions.
By placing an order at MMK AB / African Diving Ltd, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by MMK AB / African Diving Ltd as responsible for the personal information.
Events outside MMK AB / African Diving Ltd’s control shall be considered force majeure.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
Please note that local charges may occur.
MMK AB / African Diving Ltd reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
Payment and prices
The webshop is intended for sales primarily to consumers only. All products remain MMK AB / African Diving Ltd’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from MMK AB / African Diving Ltd.
Prices are inclusive of local VAT (printed matter 6%, other items and freight 25%) and are payable in the currency indicated at the webshop. For non-EU customers, additional VAT, customs charges and other levies may be incurred by your local customs authority on import, at applicable rates. Payment can be made by credit card or by PayPal account.
The prices at the webshop are current prices and may be changed at any time. MMK AB / African Diving Ltd is not bound by price indications in the webshop which the buyer must reasonably or apparently understand are incorrect and which, for example, have occurred due to technical problems in the web platform or rates that have been manipulated by the customer.
All transfers conducted through MMK AB / African Diving Ltd are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Purchases made from African Diving webshop are primarily for the personal or gift use of the buyer only. Price policy is set to be fair wherever you live in the world with only minor differences in freight charges. For re-sale and for commercial purposes, please contact us for information about ordering and payment methods.
Please note that shipping is not included in the price displayed at the webshop, but is calculated as an extra charge. See chart for shipping costs and packing methods on “Overview freight and packing”. The shipping cost will be included when you check out the items*. You credit card will be charged once you check out the items and an electronic order confirmation is sent to you. We will process your orders once we have received your payment.
* The shipping charges and taxes appearing in your shopping cart, may not be displayed correctly, unless you are logged in, or have clicked 'Estimate Shipping and Taxes' / 'Get Quotes'. If neither logged in, nor having clicked for quotes, the shipping charges will only display correctly once a shipping address has been entered, e. g. in 'Checkout', step 4: 'Delivery Method'.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are, for example, unable to obtain authorization for your payment. We also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Force majeure
Events outside MMK AB / African Diving Ltd’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that MMK AB / African Diving Ltd is released from MMK AB / African Diving Ltd’s obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Additional Information
MMK AB / African Diving Ltd reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, MMK AB / African Diving Ltd has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. MMK AB / African Diving Ltd shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Applicable law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
Technical errors
MMK AB / African Diving Ltd accepts no responsibility with regard to disruption caused by technical errors, such as internet failure. It is our goal to make the information on this website as appropriate and accurate as possible, but we make no claims or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or sufficiency of the contents of this website, and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions in the contents therein.
